Mom and Baby

Mom and Baby yoga is a great way to get back into shape and enjoy close, meaningful interaction with your baby. This class will focus on breathwork, gentle postures, and age appropriate exercises to engage your little one. This class is designed for mothers and their infants from 6 weeks of age to the “creeping” stage.

    I took your prenatal class at Rama Lotus this past spring-summer-fall and was hoping to come to tiny tree for Mom and Baby. Do you have any plans to run a class this winter.
